Integrity. Efficiency. Safety.

Our goal is simple – Always to do the right thing by our employees, contractors and customers, so we can sleep well at night.

Two Alpha went from building one of St. Louis’ first rain gardens through an MSD pilot program, to being one of the most trusted stormwater management companies in the Midwest. We didn’t get there just by pushing the envelope with innovative methods and creative solutions. We got there by doing what we say and caring about people, safety, quality, functionality and sustainability over profit.

Humble Beginnings

Two Alpha was founded by Charles & Rhiannon Parisi in 2010. Growing up in the construction industry, Charles started operating tractors when he was only 12 years old. He worked in various construction fields before discovering stormwater management, where he found his passion. When Rhiannon came along (the other “Alpha” in Two Alpha), she brought the business administration and project management experience needed to start something all their own.

Together, they saw a need in the market for a stormwater company that actually does what they say, values keeping their team safe, and doesn’t cut corners on quality. After starting Two Alpha in the middle of a recession, they overcame many hurdles to make us the trusted contractor we are today.

Sustainability

We love what we do and care about the impact it has on our environment. When we say we want to help steward our environmental resources for our children and their children’s children, we mean it.

BIOLOGICAL & ECOLOGICAL BENEFITS

It is paramount that our projects improve biological diversity, further benefiting wildlife habitat and water quality. Our bioretention areas function as soil- and plant-based filtration devices. They greatly reduce localized flooding and erosion by capturing polluted runoff and rainwater. The captured water slowly percolates through the bioretention media and plant roots, removing pollutants and contaminants prior to being directed into waterways.

REPAIRING EROSION DAMAGE

When waterway erosion damage has already occurred, we apply various bank stabilization methods to help direct the movement of the water within the waterway, as well as stabilize the banks in order to repair erosion and prevent additional damage.

NATIVE PLANTS

We routinely utilize native plants in our projects. These plants offer beautiful landscape elements and also help provide food and shelter to wildlife native to the area.  Native plants are also typically less vulnerable to diseases, destructive insects, and weather elements. These traits reduce the need for fertilizers, pesticides, and maintenance.

GREEN PRODUCTS

When possible, we also like to incorporate green products into our construction sites including recycled and biodegradable materials.
